So, the most chaotic time of the year has just begun for me, in which we return from our summer home in NY, 3 states away to Ohio, driving with a cat and a trailer packed to the absolute brim, and then arrive home (as I am now) for three days, unload, unhitch the trailer, repack up for a week at my grandmother's in Michigan, set off for there (5-6 hour drive), have a chaotic time there with slim-to-none internet, then go home AGAIN, unpack, and get ready for *gasp* school.
Not only is this very emotionally exhausting (having been ripped from my paradise of people I love, music I love, mountains and big lakes that I love, historical things that I love, free time that I love, family time that I love, weekend excursions that I love, horseback riding that I never dreamed I would ever be able to do that I love, riding in ships that I love, you get the idea.), but it takes SO much time and is filled with unimaginable inconveniences.
So, as I will not vacate from this forum since I use it as somewhat of a sanctuary, I will be limited in my appearance here for a little while. My most sincere apologies! You have not seen the last of me!

That actually sounds like fun Dom. Better than my summer vacation during which time I just sit around and do absolutely nothing... What part of NY? (lives in NY) ^^

Upstate NY kind of close to Lake Champlain. Yes, I had one of the best summers I have EVER had in my life (i.e. all the things listed), but it is SO SO SO SO hard to have it end. Yesterday I was the whole day literally in denial until I came here and looked around a little bit at around 10. I never knew what it actually was like to be in denial and I also didn't think that it could happen for anything less extreme than someone dying, but it was kinda weird XD ACID TRIP (not really)

Awww. Poor Dommie. ^^ *snoogs*
Haha. I live in Upstate NY too but it's not really upstate. Everybody knows it as upstate since I'm north of NYC but I'm only an hour north... Not really upstate but you can't argue with this country. *shrugs* XD
